About Report Schedulers
A report scheduler is a cost-effective way to distribute your
Crystal Reports. You can automatically send reports to specific
lists at specific times. Save time. Save money.
Features of our schedulers
- Database password security control.
- Distribute automatically.
- Exception reporting.
- Independent of your email client and your e-mail server.
- Many output formats. Export files in such formats as Crystal
Reports (rpt), MS Word, MS Excel, Rich Text (RTF), Comma
Separated Variable (CSV), and HTML.
- Export as PDF, if you have Crystal Reports 8.x or higher.
- Multiple e-mail addresses for one report.
- Parameter control.
- Reports displayed in the body of your email message.
You can use cViewMANAGER or cViewSERVER to:
- Send specific reports to specific people at specific
times.
- Run at a specific date and time: once, hourly,
daily, business days, weekly, monthly, or last day of
month.
- Send in any format Crystal Reports allows.
- Send a report as an email attachment.
- Print on any system printer or save in a variety of
formats to a disk file.
- Maintain an external list of values and destinations
for a group of scheduled reports.
- Modify report formula fields (including Record
Selection and Group Selection) and database locations.
- Run the same report multiple times with different
parameters and/or destinations.

Unleash the power that frees you from manual
report distribution.
- Save time, save money, and increase
productivity. You do that, because you
automate the delivery of your Crystal
Reports.
- cViewMANAGER and cViewSERVER work
with reports and subreports that require
secure database login.
- Send your report as an email
attachment, print on any system printer,
or save in a variety of formats to a
disk file. And it can do much more.

-
Increase productivity. Once
you set your options, the scheduler will
regularly send your reports to where you want
and in the format you want. You can say what
time and how frequently your reports will run,
without user intervention. You decide on the
output format from Crystal Reports and then say
if they are to be printed, emailed as an
attachment, or saved to disk.
-
Enjoy extra flexibility. You
can set the scheduler to send one report to
multiple email address lists. You have the
option to send to remote (or local) printers or
folders. E-mailing does not depend on your
e-mail client or e-mail server.
-
Keep control. You
manage the list of reports. You can set
parameter input and a list of e-mail addresses
for each report. The recipients don’t need a
password. You control the database passwords,
instead.
